During the months of April through the end of September, Summit County residents ONLY (no business, school, or other non-residential waste accepted) can recycle their computer equipment at the Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Center (HHWRC) located at 1201 Graham Road in Stow, Ohio. All hard drives of the CPUs are wiped clean using government- approved software. Computer equipment that can be reused are remanufactured and donated to schools and other non-profit organizations. Unusable computers are demanufactured and separated for reuse or sold as raw materials to Original Equipment Manufacturers.
